As the company name indicates, training programs are based upon the most primal functions; walking, running, throwing, jumping, lifting, squatting and carrying. Without a strong development of these fundamental movements, the body is prone to injury and fitness success and physical health cannot be optimally achieved. These training innovations apply to all strength based performances and endurance sports as well as everyday physical activity.
All primal movements are based on holistic conditioning. Conditioning the body to adapt to physical and environmental changes is key to successful performance in sport and life.
With more than 40 years of experience in coaching, training and competing, Stephen has created and shared these unique and patented training systems with many individuals. The creative and innovative methods have been used by youth, professionals, Olympic qualifiers, fitness enthusiast, military recruits, special ops, fire fighters and law enforcement.
