There are 2 important aspects to every exercise regimen; knowing what to do & knowing what not to.
Primal Fitness Systems provides numerous amounts of information on training programs for beginners as well as elite athletes. A great deal of information is based upon common sense and practicality.

In many cases it is wise to follow what not to do, especially, when orthodox theories present themselves as absolute. Remember, if something works well for one individual, it does not mean it’s going to produce the same results for someone else.

There are many factors which constitute the ‘right’ program. You must ask yourself what you want to achieve and what the end result is. Understanding goals is a great determining factor before you begin any exercise program and with life in general.

Next, you need to know how much time you have to dedicate yourself to exercising and nutritional intake. These are very important questions, so, you do not set yourself up for failure.

What about lifestyle? Does your job allow you the time to train the way you want?

What about family responsibly? Do you have children, are you the head of the household, are you the bread winner, is your relationship solid, do you have support at home, will your significant other train with you or will your financial status influence your training?

As we mature through life, goals change as well as responsibilities.

Are you willing to adjust your training to accommodate your home life?

All these questions must be answered and you must be willing to make changes to keep progress moving forward. Everything we do in life, there is compromise. Compromise does not mean ‘giving in’. It means what works well for all parties involved so everyone can benefit from the decisions.

Making choices and taking responsibility for what you want in life will allow you to train and be healthy physically, mentally and spiritually for the rest of your life.
