Once again the FDA and other government agencies along with the CDC have it all backwards.

On Nov. 10, 2010 the FDA & HHS proposed new warnings on cigarette packages which are required by the Tobacco Control Act. These warnings are to be instated by June 22, 2011.

Read the warning list below. It’s very explicit regarding the dangers of tobacco products.

Proposed Graphic Health Warnings for Cigarette Packages and Advertisements
WARNING: Cigarettes are addictive.
WARNING: Tobacco smoke can harm your children.
WARNING: Cigarettes cause fatal lung disease.
WARNING: Cigarettes cause cancer.
WARNING: Cigarettes cause strokes and heart disease.
WARNING: Smoking during pregnancy can harm your baby.
WARNING: Smoking can kill you.
WARNING: Tobacco smoke causes fatal lung disease in nonsmokers.
WARNING: Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious risks to your health.

Here’s what bothers me: It has been known for decades how deadly smoking can be. If you smoke you’re killing yourself and others AND it’s legal.

Now try to drink raw, unpasteurized milk and sell it to health conscience people and it becomes a felony in the states where it cannot be sold over the counter.

Worse yet, if you live in one state and cross state lines to sell raw milk, it is considered to be contraband and the FBI steps in to arrest you.

There is only one positive fact which comes from drinking raw milk and that is great health; no cancers and no poisoning others around you.
