How good is Your Calcium?

Calcium carbonate is 40% calcium; 60% is carbon and oxygen. Only 39% of that calcium gets absorbed at best.
It’s not uncommon to only absorb 6% of the calcium!
If you take 1000 mg of calcium carbonate, here’s the formula for what you are really getting: 1000 x 40 x .39 = 156mg calcium.
Calcium carbonate is cheap, useless & a waste of money.
Get your calcium from real foods such as veggies, non-pasteurized milk & non-pasteurized milk products such as cheese, cream, butter, yogurt and kefir.
You will be by far a healthier person for it!
