Is Unpasteurized Milk Healthy?
August 8, 2011
Unpasteurized or ‘raw’ milk is extremely beneficial to your digestive tract and liver.
It naturally contains all the probiotic bacteria which your body needs for proper function and immune system development.
Pasteurization destroys all bacteria, so, when you buy pasteurized milk the bacteria is reintroduced. However, these bacteria are not always the ‘real’ bacteria. Often producers use genetically engineered bacteria in milk and yogurts.
Anything GE is poison and it’s not a probiotic bacteria our bodies are familiar with. Therefore, it is considered as a foreign object and not utilized effectively as ‘real’ bacteria are.
Always choose unpasteurized milk products over commercial grade milk products for better health and to elevate your level of fitness.
