Vitality is the ability for the body and spirit to work in unison from our internal physical health to our external performance in sport, work and play. Purifying and cleansing the body is key to building vitality. Our bodies have an internal time clock. This biological clock is based upon organ function and chemical response to outside stimuli and what we feed the body. A daily regimen requires careful consideration of how we eat and what we eat to enhance our vitality.

To understand how the body works is an ongoing educational process. Eating pure clean foods is the key to optimum health; not how much protein, carbohydrates or fat we must eat before or after a workout. We must prepare and restore the body throughout the day and prepare it for sleep. Eating organic food, drinking raw milk, eating ‘real’ pastured eggs and meat from sustainably raised animals is the only way to purify and energized the body. This is how we were meant to eat.

What are the perfect foods to increase vitality? Eggs, raw milk, seeds, roots, herbs, spices and simple plant structures such as algae provide the basis for optimum health. All these foods have long existed since life was created and have sustained life as well. The egg and seed are the beginning of life; therefore, they contain all the nutrients to create a life form. Raw milk and roots sustain life; therefore, they must have the nutrients which are the building blocks for new life to thrive. Herbs, spices and algae are the sources which alkalize and purify the blood, while the algae cleanse and purify the living organs. These foods contain bountiful amounts of energy for our body, mind and spirit to build an everlasting mountain of vitality that is with us for life.
