Protein Shake Diets

Once again I will speak about the pathetic world of nutritional supplements. Remember, only 97%-98% of all sups, worldwide are beneficial. The rest are junk and a waste of money. The only ones who benefit are the supplement companies. They’re only in the business of making money, not promoting and providing good health!

Do not be lured into thinking that protein shake diets are the way to go. Sure, if you live off of protein drinks for a few weeks or even a few months you’ll lose weight. However, along with weight loss you’ll lose health and create a host of other malfunctions with your body. As soon as you go off the drinks you’ll gain the weight back at a faster rate than you lost the excess pounds.

We were meant to eat food, not drink food. We were given teeth, jaw muscles and the ability to tear, rip and chew any food we desire. We also have a complex digestive tract with a host of enzymes which benefits eating whole foods.

Supplements are exactly that; supplements, not food replacements. The ‘good’ sups are meant to enhance our diets, not substitute for our diets.
