Scientific Hypocrisy, Pregnant Women & Fat
February 16, 2011

A recent study by the University of San Francisco revealed that 268 pregnant women tested positive for 43 toxic chemicals.
This list included BPA, PCB, PBDE, PFC, phthlates, pesticides, sunscreen chemicals, perchlorate and of course the remaining 35 toxins found.
Both blood tests and urine samples were used to evaluate these levels.
Here’s the hypocritical conclusion; the researches determined that pregnant women need to eat less fat to minimize the toxic levels in their newly developed fetuses!
What on earth determines this ridiculous conclusion?
If you want to eliminate toxins from your body and your newborn, eat primarily organic food, filtered water, eliminate prepared & packaged foods and add plenty of vigorous exercise.
Why is it so difficult for orthodox science to recommend intelligent and simple choices when it comes to nutrition & exercise?
These are the best choices to increase vitality, well being & sports enhancement.
