Vegetarians and Vegans are often criticized for their lack of animal based diet. The 2 most criticisms are lack of quality protein and the absence of vitamin D.

Vitamin D can easily be processed through yearly exposure to the sun; more so in some places than in others.

If you think you’re only able to get Vitamin D from animal sources, take another look.
