Isolated vitamins are “partial” vitamins, meaning, when processed, parts are removed from the whole structure. This converts the vitamin to ‘Isolated', ‘Fractionated' or ‘Synthetic’ and in most cases they are combined with other chemicals.
You can clearly see these vitamins are useless and a waste of money.
Here are few reasons why ‘synthetic’ vitamins, which dominate the market, are not good:
Our bodies are designed to function on real foods, not man made products. Whole foods have a variety of nutrients which work together to provide important nutrition. Man made vitamins are considered to be foreign to our systems, therefore, rejects them.
Synthetic vitamins often are out of balanced with what our system needs for proper function.
Synthetics often contain fillers such as rice flour, magnesium sterate, which is a type
of trans fat, artificial colors and sweeteners, especially in children’s vitamins &
hydrolyzed chemicals and by products which are often converted to MSG.
Eating organic food provides the best nutrition for the human body. You must think
about quality, not quantity. Quantity is useless if the body cannot absorb, digest and
function in unison with our system.
Why train hard if you only put man made junk into your body?
