Quercetin is a potent anti oxidant needed for healthy function for the body to combat free radicals and toxins.

In the last few years supplements have been flooding the market and advertisers have been attempting to convince you that these sups are the way to go. Their reasoning is that modern day agriculture destroys many beneficial nutrients. This I agree with. However, what the supplement companies are not telling you is that eating organic is far more advantages. This is because organically grown food is clean and the Quercetin is in its purist form, therefore, making this important ingredient even more effective than in supplement form.

Foods which contain abundant levels of Quercetin are onions, fennel, cocoa, capers, cranberries, black currents, spinach, ancho peppers and wild greens.

Do not think you need to eat 10 lbs of veggies to get a healthy dose. An example would be eating a half onion. This will provide all the Quercetin you would need for 1 day.

If you want to support your hard earn muscle gains, throw away the sups and eat ‘real’ food to maximize your level of health & fitness.
