Bud Jeffries is a modern day strongman excelling in Old Time Strongman feats.
Bud was born August 31, 1973. He lives in Lakeland, Florida with his wife, Heather and 14 year old son, Noah.
We have become friends in recent years and share many thoughts and philosophies on health, conditioning, strength, nutrition, drug free training and spirituality.
Below are some of the feats Bud has accomplished:
Won 2 state, 2 regional, 1 national and 1 world championship in Drug-Free Power Lifting.
Set over 30 records including 2 world records and several national/American records.
Competed in Highland Games, winning his division in Orlando 1998.
Competed in NHB fights and Tough Man competitions.
Was a member of the University of Florida 1991 SEC Championship Football Team.
Bud Jeffries has accomplished feats of strength unsurpassed by anyone and did this entirely drug free.
He has developed his own style of training which combines strength and endurance to enable him to perform numerous strength feats from conventional to unconventional.
He enjoys, unselfishly, sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with everyone of every age & gender. His relentless desire to educate folks and help improve their lives is one of the many admirable characteristics of this man.
The most phenomenal acts of strength Bud succeeded at were escaping & defeating death 3 times. With his strong spirit and will power, 2 marks of a champion, he has survived to share his experiences with us.
