Who is the Great Gama?

The Great Gama was one of the most famous wrestlers in history.

He defeated great champions like the Japanese Judo champion, Taro Miyake, Georges Hackenschmidt of Russia and Frank Gotch of the United States.

His great physical capabilities were developed from bodyweight exercises.

His workout consisted of wrestling 40 wrestlers, 5000 bethaks (Hindu squats) and 3000 dands (Hindu pushups). All this was done on a daily basis and he did this over 100 years ago!

Even more extreme, at the age of 10 he was already doing 500 reps for each of these exercises!
