She happens to be one of the toughest endurance athletes around.

She finished 3rd overall in the 2011 "Tough Mudder" event which is an extreme endurance challenge. Only 2 men beat her and she was a close third at that!

It’s publicized as a non-stop 24-hour competition designed to find the toughest individual on the planet. Multiple laps are completed until the 24 hour bell sounds off. Each lap is about 9 miles long with 40 obstacles to each lap.

It was designed by British Special Forces as a means of finding who can handle mental and physical stress for extended periods of time.

It’s great because it has many environmental obstacles along with man-made obstacles. Just like a Primal training conditioning program. It’s not about how fast you can run a marathon or how much you can bench press. It’s all about how well conditioned the mind/ body connection is to endure and overcome whatever obstacles you encounter.

Competitors have tents where they can rest and eat after each lap to get going for the next one.

Many drop out after only a few hours and many are hospitalized. This would never happen to a Primal trained athlete!
