Are Chickens Really on Anti-Depressants?
July 11, 2012
by Stephen R. Santangelo
In a recent study, nearly every sample of commercially raised chicken had traces of the arsenic, pain killers and anti-depressants.
First, let’s examine why arsenic is in the chickens. I have written about this issue in the past, however, it does need to have attention brought to it again. Farms administer arsenic to chickens so the flesh becomes an appetizing shade of pink that consumers find enticing. Back in June of 2011, the FDA gave the pharmaceutical giant, Pfizer, 30 days to discontinue selling Roxarsone, which is the substance that the arsenic in which is found in the chickens. Yet, in June of 2012, one year later, this carcinogen is still showing up in commercially raised chickens...Read More
Are Supplements Really Good For You?
February 28, 2012
by Stephen R. Santangelo
As you know from previous articles & in future articles, I strongly feel nearly all supplements are absolute junk.
One supplement which I do feel has a tremendous amount of merit is Resveretrol.
It has been written by many so-called nutritionists that drinking red wine provides a significant amount of this powerful anti-oxidant...Read More
Flexibility & Aging
January 12, 2012
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Flexibility and aging tend to go hand-in-hand, depending how you define aging.
The lack of flexibility is not due to aging; rather it’s due to incorrect motor patterns and the wrong type of exercise or the lack of exercise.
There are many young people, chronologically speaking, who train 6 days per week in commercial gyms and can’t even come close to touching their toes!...Read More

What Do Radioactive Minerals Do To Our Health?
December 8, 2011

Radioactive iodine, plutonium, strontium, uranium, cesium, and many others do damage to our health by binding to tissues and DNA in the cells.
If we provide sufficient minerals to block that binding, we can protect ourselves from illness and early death...Read More
How Many Pounds of Pesticides?
December 5, 2011
Stephen R. Santangelo
In a recent report by from the Center for Biological Diversity, it was stated:
“2 billion pounds of pesticides are sold in the United States every year, and chemical giants Monsanto, Syngenta and others are heaping the pressure on Congress to keep these dangerous pesticides flowing.”
This is a classic example why I emphasize the need for organic eating for great health, increase vitality and strength gains.
Does Raw Milk Cause Tuberculosis In Children?
November 30, 2011
Stephen R. Santangelo
Absolutely not!
Fostered by its supporters, the Pasteurization Party has made ludicrous claims that tuberculosis in children is caused by the harmful germs found in raw milk.
Literally, 1000’s of tests have been performed and not a single result indicated that unpasteurized milk causes TB...Read More
Primal Vitality
November 7, 2011
Stephen R. Santangelo
Vitality is the ability for the body and spirit to work in unison from our internal physical health to our external performance in sport, work and play. Purifying and cleansing the body is key to building vitality. Our bodies have an internal time clock. This biological clock is based upon organ function and chemical response to outside stimuli and what we feed the body. A daily regimen requires careful consideration of how we eat and what we eat to enhance our vitality...Read More
How Much BPA Does Your Liver Cleanse?
October 24, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Unfortunately, based upon a study from 2002, the chemical industry stated that 99 % of BPA is filtered by the liver and eliminated through urine in a matter of a couple of hours.
This misinformation is now being put to the test by current researchers and they’re finding that it take days to filter BPA from the body and it’s far less than the 99% claimed by the chemical industry’s test.

Poison from China
October 12, 2011
By Stephen R. Santangelo
Here is a quote in a recent article regarding imported food from China:
“From 2006-2010, over 9,000 unsafe Chinese products were blocked from coming into the U.S., including fish, cookies, candy, crackers, juice, tea, canned and dried vegetables, and spices. The reasons for rejection weren't reassuring: contamination with melamine or banned chemicals; pesticide residues and unsafe additives; and conditions inspectors described as "poisonous" and "filthy."...Read More

“Federal officials said they turned up a dangerous form of salmonella at a Cargill Inc. turkey plant last year, and then four times this year at stores selling the Cargill turkey, but didn't move for a recall until an outbreak killed one person and sickened 77 others.”
“Cargill and the U.S. Department of Agriculture announced the recall of ground turkey from the Cargill plant in Springdale, Ark., on Aug. 3. The USDA said the third-largest meat recall in history affected 36 million pounds of ground turkey.”..Read More
Is Unpasteurized Milk Healthy?
August 8, 2011
Unpasteurized or ‘raw’ milk is extremely very beneficial to your digestive tract and liver.
It naturally contains all the probiotic bacteria which your body needs for proper function and immune system development.
Pasteurization destroys all bacteria, so, when you buy pasteurized milk the bacteria is reintroduced. However, these bacteria are not always the ‘real’ bacteria. Often producers use genetically engineered bacteria in milk and yogurts...Read More
Cinnamon

Cinnamon has gotten a lot of positive attention in recent years for its benefits in regulating blood sugar.
Though, it has tremendous value there is one problem and it can be a big problem.

What Are Isolated Vitamins?
April 18, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Isolated vitamins are “partial” vitamins, meaning, when processed, parts are removed from the whole structure. This converts the vitamin to ‘Isolated', ‘Fractionated' or ‘Synthetic’ and in most cases they are combined with other chemicals.
You can clearly see these vitamins are useless and a waste of money...Read More
GMO Linked to Organ Disruption
April 11, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Monsanto & the FDA have been telling us for years that consuming GMO foods is safe.
Jack LaLanne said it years ago, “If it’s man-made, don’t eat it.”
This is very true. I’ve been spouting off for nearly 2 decades about GMO’s and their inability to be safe. I didn’t have scientific proof, just common sense, just as Jack LaLanne said. You must understand any food which is genetically modified where the DNA molecular structure has been altered can’t and will never be good for the body...Read More
Do We Have A Choice?
April 11, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
You would think in this age of freedom we would have a choice on what foods we can eat. Most people think “of course we do!”
Nothing can be further from the truth.
When you go into a grocery store you see 10,000’s of items. Though the numbers are great, the quality and healthful benefits are minimal; extremely minimal.
So what if there are 1000’s of packaged foods, prepared foods, canned foods & bottled products. It all falls into 1 category: JUNK...Read More

Lead In Bubble Gum?
March 30, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Just one more reason why I don't like junk food!
In this week's FDA newsletter, Toxic Waste Short Circuits Bubble Gum has been recalled for toxic levels of lead.
Lead toxicity is not only found in bubble gum, but, in many other food sources, especially pre-packaged foods, protein powders, household supplies & the air we breathe.
We can't eliminate every toxin that's in our environment; however, we can certainly make wise & healthy choices to minimize toxic exposure and feed our bodies for maximum performance.
Testosterone Gels
March 16, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Here’s a quote from an article I read recently:
“Many men with normal levels will also want to use testosterone gel. Strong data shows that it can help athletes with normal levels of testosterone recover faster from workouts and become much stronger, and make normal men more aggressive.”
This is a classic example of what not to suggest to athletes!
Doesn’t the author know testosterone is a banned substance? World class athletes have been suspended from competition for using testosterone...Read More
Protein Shake Diets
March 14, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Once again I will speak about the pathetic world of nutritional supplements. Remember, only 97%-98% of all sups, worldwide are beneficial. The rest are junk and a waste of money. The only ones who benefit are the supplement companies. They’re only in the business of making money, not promoting and providing good health!
Do not be lured into thinking that protein shake diets are the way to go. Sure, if you live off of protein drinks for a few weeks or even a few months you’ll lose weight. However, along with weight loss you’ll lose health and create a host of other malfunctions with your body. As soon as you go off the drinks you’ll gain the weight back at a faster rate than you lost the excess pounds....Read More
HEALTH, Politics, Insanity & Backwards Thinking

Read the warning list below. It’s very explicit regarding the dangers of tobacco products...Read More

Which Foods Contain Quercetin?
February 9, 2011
by Stephen R. Santangelo
Quercetin is a potent anti oxidant needed for healthy function for the body to combat free radicals and toxins.
In the last few years supplements have been flooding the market and advertisers have been attempting to convince you that these sups are the way to go. Their reasoning is that modern day agriculture destroys many beneficial nutrients. This I agree with. However, what the supplement companies are not telling you is that eating organic is far more advantages. This is because organically grown food is clean and the Quercetin is in its purist form, therefore, making this important ingredient even more effective than in supplement form...Read More
Vitamin D & Vegans
January 31, 2011

Vegetarians and Vegans are often criticized for their lack of animal based diet. The 2 most criticisms are lack of quality protein and the absence of vitamin D.
Vitamin D can easily be processed through yearly exposure to the sun; more so in some places than in others.
If you think you’re only able to get Vitamin D from animal sources, take another look.
Mushrooms provide a large amount of a unique ingredient and you do not have to eat an entire bushel full...Read More

Bottled Water Rip Off
January 26, 2011

2. How the water was treated?
3. Were the test results true to ensure the quality & purity of the product?..Read More
Breakfast Cereal or Breakfast Chemicals

We need to stay on top of our health. For optimum fitness, athletic performance and healthy living, our hormones control it all...Read More
