That’s right folks!
Fluoride is in nearly everything we consume. I’ve been educating people for several years regarding the harmful effects of soy. This is just one more reason not to eat soy or foods such as eggs, poultry, beef and milk which are supplemented with soy.

Are you aware of the “WARNING” label on toothpaste containing fluoride?
It states NOT to allow children under 6 years old to use it without being supervised. The reason for this warning is because if they eat it, they can get very sick.
This is the first sign something isn’t right about ingesting fluoride.

American, Haley Anderson is a 20 year old open water 10K swimmer who just won a silver medal in the London 2012 Olympics.
This was truly one of the more exciting races in the Olympics.
After swimming 6.2 miles the finish was the closest ever!
26 year old Eva Risztov, of Hungary, won gold in 1 hour 57 minutes 38.2 seconds to Anderson’s 1:57:38.6.
Bronze went to Grimaldi who was timed in 1:57:41.8 and Payne of Great Britain finished 4th in 1:57:42.2.
Exactly 4 seconds separated these four incredible women after being in the water for nearly 2 hours.
Hats off to all of them!!!!!
