RETURN POLICY
All returns and exchanges are welcomed by Primal Fitness Systems, LLC. Return your item with notation and instruction regarding your exchange or refund.
Full credit, for merchandise only, excluding shipping costs, will be issued within 7 days of your receipt of shipment. This applies to DVDs, CDs, training equipment and apparel. Customer assumes all shipping costs on all return items.
Regarding training gear such as throwing implements and chains, full credit will be issued within 60 days of your receipt of shipment, if damage or breakage is caused by faulty manufacturing; does not include misuse or improper care.
All Pro Athletic Bands and Pro Fitness Bands have a guarantee with full credit or exchange within 6 months of your receipt of shipment, if damage or breakage is caused by faulty manufacturing; does not include misuse or improper care.
We hold the right to examine all return items to determine cause of defect and will notify customer within 7 days of our evaluation of the product.
All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds will be provided under any circumstances unless it’s due to faulty manufacturing as stated above
